Dear Friends,

Summer has arrived, and I pray that all of you are taking some time to rest, enjoy nature and draw close to God. As the pastor and the worship leader will be traveling at various times during the month of August, worship services at Fairview Baptist Church will be conducted entirely on Zoom until the end of the month.

There will be no services in the sanctuary.

During the pastor's time away, Blake Gilks will be handling emergency pastoral needs. For other church business, please contact Denis Vaillancourt, our chair of council. We are also pleased to announce that our guest speakers will be Neal MacPherson (Aug 2 and 16) and Ian Grant (Aug 9 and 23).

We look forward to gathering together again in person and on Zoom in September. Until then, may the Lord guide you, protect you, heal you, and strengthen you in all ways, and may you be blessed in the presence and love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
